THOMAS WALTERS, MD
Dr. Walters is an active leader in developing new advancements in ophthalmic pharmaceuticals and technology. He has served as principal investigator for over 330 FDA-approved research clinical trials and has authored and published research articles in every major ophthalmic journal, where he also performs peer-review for publications.
Dr. Walters has been a featured and keynote speaker to ophthalmologists across the USA and in London, Paris, Madrid, Dubai, Buenos Aires, and Quito and was a 2016 recipient of the American Academy of Ophthalmology Lifetime Achievement Award, which symbolizes his commitment to advancing the ophthalmological profession and positively impacting patients’ eye health. Dr. Walters has also been featured on the front page of the Wall Street Journal for innovations in ophthalmology and has been selected by Premier Ophthalmic Surgeon publication as a leading innovator in the field of cataract and intraocular lens implant surgery. At the 2016 American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS) Annual Meeting, his paper on Bimatroprost Sustained-release Implants was awarded "The Best Paper of Session".
ROBERT MARQUIS, MD
Glaucoma and Cataract Surgeon
Dr. Robert Marquis received his M.D. and Ph.D from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center after completing his thesis work in Neuroscience at Rockefeller University of New York. His Ophthalmology Residency and Glaucoma Fellowship training were also completed at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
YEN NIEMAN, MD

Dr. Nieman is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. She is a member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery, the Paton Society of the Eye Bank Association of America, and the Castroviejo Cornea Society. Dr. Nieman has been serving as the Medical Director of the Lone Star Lions Eye Bank since 2009 and was recently named one of Austin’s Best Doctors by Austin Monthly Magazine.
BLYTHE MONHEIT, MD

As an investigator in several medical and surgical clinical trials, she and her patients have access to novel therapies and procedures for glaucoma.
KRISTIN SARGENT, MD
Dr. Sargent is currently a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Travis County Medical Association, the Texas Ophthalmology Association, and the Austin Ophthalmology Association.
ISAAC LOOSE, MD
Dr. Loose is actively participating in several studies investigating macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal venous occlusions. As a board certified ophthalmologist, he is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and the Texas and Travis County Medical Associations.
